The United States Constitution requires the President's Term to begin on January 20th, but in this year of 2013 that day falls on a Sunday. 
Both President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will have their Oath Taking Ceremony on January 20, Sunday in order to be in alignment with the US Constitution.
