Managing the Amount of Sugar in the Foods that We Eat


Sugar has been found by many studies that contribute to the obesity, and other diseases of people across the entire spectrum of the society. To be healthy, everyone must participate in learning the maintenance of one's health and intake sugar only in moderation. In addition, everyone must also learn the various names of sugar that are used by manufacturers of foods and consumer products. We provided below some of the common names for sugar.
